The Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section comes with quite a few features, but it’s extremely easy to work with, so creating a catch-all mailbox requires just a click. All the email addresses that you’ve created will be displayed in this section alphabetically and you’ll just need to click the "Catch-all" button for the specific email address. Our system will inform you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain name or if the one that you’d like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either deactivate the latter feature or pick another mailbox. Disabling the catch-all feature is just as simple and requires one more mouse click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all option can be enabled with ease in case you have a semi-dedicated server account with us. All the email addresses that you’ve created with the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated server account will be shown in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you will see a mini sign conveniently located directly next to each of them. With only one single mouse click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your desire provided that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with the option already activated and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this feature through the contextual menu that will show up. In case any of the prerequisites for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not fulfilled, our system will notify you, but will not deactivate or replace anything automatically.
